Stretching

Stretching is a vital component in maintaining muscle elasticity, joint mobility and recovery after training. However, many of us fail to include it in the program and suffer in the long run.

We propose a separate stretching session to focus on the problem areas. Stretching will be performed by one of our specialists using various techniques and tools, the client having only the duty to relax.
